Cash is always accepted, however we still need a valid credit card # to secure property. A $50.00 deposit is required to secure reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY If cancelled 2 weeks prior to reservation, 50% of deposit will be refunded, plus a $25.00 processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 10 days notice, you will be responsible for first nights lodging, and 20% of your reservation plus a $25.00 processing fee. If you have to shorten your stay or leave early, You Will be responsible for 50% of your unused reservation. Cancellations must be made over the phone! No e-mails or messages "Back in Tyme" is children friendly, however it is the responsibility of the parent to see that the property is taken care of...... Any damage will be charged to your credit card. It is the responsibility of the guest to make sure that the kitchen is clean when vacating the premises. Dishes, stove,oven, and refrigerator must be cleaned, and the trash put outside in proper trash can. PLEASE help us keep our prices reasonable, so YOU DON'T have to pay for unecessary cleaning. REMEMBER this is a NON-SMOKING facility! YOU WILL BE Charged an additional cleanning fee if you don't abide. SORRY NO PETS
